1.    The FAB Cleaning Win A Business Lunch draw will take place on 14 September 2010 at 12:00pm. The commencement date is 1 August 2010 and closing date is 31 August 2010.

2.    Each valid entry received will be entered for 1 chance into the draw.

3.    All entries are to be taken on-line at FAB Cleaning Services Pty Ltd (“FAB”)’s website, www.fabcleaning.com.au

4.    The winning entry will be shouted a lunch at their choice of restaurant to the value of $200.

5.    The winning entry must claim their prize within two months of being notified of winning.

6.    The winning entry will need to notify FAB three days in advance before having the lunch of the location and time.

7.    Anything spent over $200 will need to be paid for by the winner.

8.    The total value of  the prize is $200.00

9.    To qualify for drawing, all entries must be in before the closing date.

10. No liability can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in cyberspace.

11. Proof of lodging is no proof of receipt.

12. The promoter is FAB Cleaning Services Australia Pty Ltd ACN 065 665 296.

13. Only one entry per ABN.

14. No correspondence will be entered into other than with the winner.

15. The winner will be the first correctly completed entry (to include daytime contact phone number) selected at random from all entries received.

16. In the event of an unclaimed prize a redraw will be held at 12.00pm on 14 December 2010 at FAB 701 Port Road Woodville Park SA 5011.

17. The promoter is not responsible for any printing, production, typographical, transmission or other errors or failures.

18. The FAB Win a Business Lunch is open to all Australian businesses with valid ABNs.

19. From time to time we may use your details to contact you about our services, please contact FAB at info@fabcleaning.com.au if you do not want us to contact you.

20.  The winner may at their option receive $200.00 cash in lieu of the prize.

21.  The prize winner will be notified by phone and in writing within 14 days of the draw, this will include the particulars of how the prize is to be delivered.

22. No purchase is necessary.

23. Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
